I have been using it for a few weeks now. It means that your image takes about 3 minutes longer to upload as you have to allow time for your images to be registered.
It is totally free to join and very easy to use.
It means that all you theft conscious people can post your images securely complete with copyright notice.
Once you have registered, each time you want to add a new image just add the image details in a similar way to normally uploading, you will then get an email which you need to keep. I made a separate folder in my emails just for the Copyright messages. That is your proof of registration.
If you look at any of my recent fractals you will see the copyright logo included in the comments. The logo is on the site, you will need to find it yourselves, save it and post it to your scraps and just add the thumb with your comments each time you post a new image to dA. If you can't find the logo, it took me a while you can borrow mine until you find it.
To make certain you should really sign your images as well.
This will save you having to add all that writing in your comments boxes which in some cases is so long that no-one is ever going to have time to read it. This is quick, tidy and very easy to use.
